Subscriptions

You can cancel a subscription from your account page. Cancellation stops the next renewal; you keep plan access through the paid period. Because image processing is available immediately, subscription charges are generally not refundable after the billing period begins.

Billing problems

If you were charged twice or believe a payment was made in error, contact us within 30 days. We will review the payment and correct confirmed billing errors.
